Nobody likes receiving faulty goods. While we do our best to be as accurate as possible, sometimes human error results in a wrong t-shirt being sent, or a small mark missed on a shirt. Issues like this represent less than 1% of our orders, but then they do arise, we’ll handle it!

Please contact us on shop@waballet.com.au with your name, order number and a photo of the item received before returning any items. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

Items returned must be in ‘as-new’ condition. This means you have not used, damaged, washed or laundered any of the items. Please return items secured in their original packaging if possible.

Incorrectly Fulfilled or Damaged items
By partnering with OGO, we will replace or reprint an item if it has been delivered with defects or incorrectly (wrong design, style/colour/sizes). We will reprint and send out a replacement.

Change of Mind
Due to the custom nature of each item we print, we aren’t able to offer exchanges or refunds due to change of mind. ‘Change of Mind’ includes but not limited to:
  • Prefer another sizing
  • Ordered the wrong colour or design
